The Application Contract is considered valid after paying an advance. The EXHIBITOR pays 100% of the Registration Fee and 50% of the value of the signed Application Contract within five working days from the date of the Pro forma invoice.
The organizer does not keep the exhibition area after this period has expired.
The final amount, including additional services and equipment, is to be paid not later than 30.01.2022.
Exhibitors who have not paid their full amount will not be allowed to participate.
All Bulgarian and Foreign physical and juridical persons are entitled to participation with an object of a business corresponding to the subject of the Exhibition.

Registration of the Exhibitors is done at the INFORMATION Desk of the Organizer on 23.02.2022. Import and removal of exhibition props is done through the service entrances of the halls. The Organizer provides 1 free parking space during the exhibition for main exhibitors.
When documents for participation are completed electronically, signature and seal are not required. Confirming Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions makes valid your application-contract by the Legal Acceptance of Electronic Documents.
