The construction of stands by a third party contractor is coordinated with the ORGANIZER. The projects should be submitted no later than 30 / thirty / calendar days before the start of the exhibition, meet the requirements for fire and emergency safety and contain a plan with marked position for internet, water, electricity, views - frontal, lateral and quoted height of the elements.

Companies that build their own stands order additionally power supply, electrical panel, etc. technical services.

• By signing the Application forms, the EXHIBITOR agrees to receive from the ORGANIZER – information letters, news, offers, new proposals, advertising and marketing messages related to HOLIDAY / SPA EXPO and / or other events organized by PRIM EXPO. You can unsubscribe to notifications at any time by contacting us at primexpo@primdesign.com with "unsubscribe" and your email address will be removed from our database.
• All additional bank taxes for transactions are paid by the originator. Prices are in Euro excl. VAT.

When documents for participation are completed electronically, signature and seal are not required. Confirming Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions makes valid your application-contract by the Legal Acceptance of Electronic Documents.
