All congress halls are available in a theatre and "O"-shaped arrangement for Rila hall, without the possibility of changing it for individual events. Each hall and adjoining areas of the Congress Center include free WiFi access up to 3 Mbps per device.
PRIM EXPO can assist in finding Catering services for events held in the Congress Center. In case of hiring an external Catering company when using the foyer in front of Vitosha hall, is added a rent of 300 € without VAT.

Application made after 30.01.2023 will be carries out if possible, after 100% of the payment is made and refusal of the requested services will not be accepted.

Exhibitors who have not fully payed their privity of contract, will not be allowed to participate.

By filling in the documents for participation electronically, signature and seal are not required. Confirming Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions makes valid your application-contract by the Legal Acceptance of Electronic Documents.
By signing the Application forms, the EXHIBITOR agrees to receive from the ORGANIZER – information letters, news, offers, new proposals, advertising and marketing messages related to HOLIDAY& SPA EXPO and/or other events organized by PRIM EXPO.
