- RIGHTS FOR PARTICIPATION
All Bulgarian and Foreign physical and juridical persons are entitled to participation with an object of a business corresponding to the subject of the Exhibition
3.1 PRIM EXPO does not take any responsibility in the process and the formalities in issuing a VISA for Bulgaria such as invitational letters and letters of guarantee the National Immigration Agency/National Visa Center. If the applicant is not approved for receiving the visa, money for participation will be returned according to the General terms and conditions of the Exhibition, that are part of the Exhibitor’s contract.
4.1 APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION
Everyone who intends to participate is required to submit to the Organizer an Application – Contract properly filled in, signed and stamped, in due time. The Application – Contract is considered valid, after advance payment made on the base of a Pro forma Invoice issued by the Organizer.
An application for participation is accepted after the deadline if possible with 10% price increase and 100% payment.
4.2 REGISTRATION OF CO-EXHIBITORS
The Main Stand holder is obliged to register for participation the Co-Exhibitor in the Application Contract. The Exhibitor is not entitled to rent his space or advertise third parties and foreign trade marks without the Organizer’s agreement.
4.3 CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
In case that the exhibitor cancels its participation up to 10.01.2023 in writing, then the exhibitor will not be charged. After the expiration of this term, the Exhibitor is obliged to pay to the Organizer the full sum of all services made up to that moment and 50% of the completed Application-contract.
- AREA RENTAL – SPACE ONLY
THE ORGANIZER grants the ordered space taking into consideration the conception about the whole space and thematic design and requirements of the exhibitor. Space rental cost includes: cleaning of common passes, garbage collecting during the exhibition, general expenditure for electric power consumption, air condition and heating, general security, Wi-Fi. Prices do not include: construction, assembly and disassembly, cleaning of stands, electric power consumption. The Exhibitor makes an additional order for Electrical Box with electric power supply connection.
- STANDARD STAND
Price of a build-up area includes: construction, partition walls, assembly and disassembly, electric power connection 220V to 2KW and electric power consumption, one light per each 2 square meters, stand cleaning, floor covering, standard furniture – one info desk lockable, h80 cm, two chairs, Wi-Fi. Height of the stand – 250 cm.
Unsticking over the panels with foil and cleaning them from it and other materials is done only by the organizers and is paid separately.
- INDIVIDUAL DESIGN STANDS BY ORGANIZER
Execution of Individual Stand Design is offered with an additional contract by the Organizer.
- STANDS BUILT UP BY AN OUTSIDE COMPANY
Building up of stands by an outside company has to be coordinated with the Organizer. Projects must be submitted to the Organizer at least 30 days before starting the Exhibition. The projects (designs) must require the fire preventions and emergency safe conditions. To include a plan with pointed terminals for internet, electricity and water; View – front, sides and, quotation height of the elements. Coordination of the plans with the Organizer and filling and signed building contract is obligatory in order to get a permission for building up of stands.
In case the deadline is not met, Exhibitors which had not submitted their projects will pay to the ORGANIZER a fee of one Euro /excl. Vat/ per one square meter or will not be admitted to build up the stand. THE EXHIBITORS are obliged to expose their materials only at the exhibition space ordered and paid in the Organizer’s favor.
- CONGRESS CENTER
The Organizer provides congress halls and technical equipment in the Exhibition Center under additional payment, for carrying out presentations, seminars and other advertising services if they are included in the Application – Contract.
- LOGISTICS, CUSTOM SERVICES AND INSURANCES
The official Shipping Agent on the territory of the International Expo Centre is EXPO LOGISTIC,

The ORGANIZER secures the General Security and is not responsible for losses or damages at the stands during the working time of the exhibition caused to the Exhibitor by third parties.
III. WORKING TIME
Stand Construction by another Contractor:
12, 13 and 14.02.2023 – from 08,30 to 18,30 h
Request for extension of work submitted on the Information Desk:
Until 14,00 h – 250,00 Euro per each hour started;
After 14,00 h – 300,00 Euro per each hour started
Arranging stands and registration:
14.02.2023 – from 08,30 to 18,30 h
15.02.2023 – from 09,00 to 19,00 h
16.02.2023 – from 09,00 to 19,00 h
17.02.2023 – from 09,00 to 19,00 h
15.02.2023 – from 10,00 to 18,30 h / professionals only, with pre-registration/
16.02.2023 – from 10,00 to 18,30 h /free entrance/
17.02.2023 – from 10,00 to 18,30 h /free entrance/
Vacate and disassembling of stands:
17.02.2023 – from 18,30 to 19,00 h
18.02.2023 – from 08,30 to 18,30 h
The disassembling of stands before 18:30h on 17.02.2023 is not allowed.
Non-compliance of the foregoing restriction will lead to a penalty rate of 100 euro.
Registration of the Exhibitors is done at the INFORMATION Desk of the Organizer on 14.02.2023. Import and removal of exhibition props is done through the service entrances of the halls. The Organizer provides 1 free parking space during the exhibition for main exhibitors.
No vehicles are allowed to be parked overnight. Parking is allowed only during the opening hours.
- TERMS AND PAYMENT
Prices are valid for the entire exhibition period.
THE EXHIBITOR pays 100% registration fee and 50% of the amount of the requested space by the Application–Contract in five days after the pro forma invoice is issued.
The rest of the amount, including additionally ordered services is to be paid no later than 25.01.2023.
Cancellation of extra ordered services and supplies is accepted not later than 20.01.2023. After this deadline the services and the supplies must be paid on a 100%.
Exhibitors who had not fully paid their obligations are not entitled to participate at the Fair.
In case services are ordered within the period of the Fair, they will be carried out if possible, with 10% increase of the price and after the payment is made.

- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The Exhibitor is aware that some of the information provided under this Agreement contains personal data, that is subject to special protection under current legislation. By signing this agreement the Exhibitor gives its consent to the Organizer to collect, process and provide to institutions and third parties the personal data submitted to him for the purposes of this Agreement and the requirements of the applicable laws for the duration of the Agreement and 5 years beyond its expiry date. The Exhibitor has the right of access to the personal data stored at Organizer, and undertakes to promptly notify the Organizer upon their amendment.
- FIRE PREVENTION REGULATIONS
The Exhibitor is obliged to follow the Fire prevention regulations and the instructions given by the Organizer. All constructions, advertising materials end exhibits must meet the requirements of the fire prevention and emergency safety. Smoking is forbidden at stands, halls, as well as careless storage of flammable materials
- UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In case of Force majeure circumstances or any other event out of the ORGANIZER’ S control, the EXHIBITOR has not right to compensation.
In all cases of force majeure (force majeure within the meaning of the Commercial Law), the parties agree additionally on the conditions for extension of the contract or its termination, in the latter case settle their financial relations depending on the performance of the contract up to the date on the occurrence of the force majeure circumstance.
In case of newly introduced epidemiological or other sanitary-health restrictions or other circumstances directly or indirectly related to the spread or restriction of COVID 19, which make it difficult or impossible to hold the Exhibition, the EXHIBITOR is entitled to a refund of the amount paid in advance. In case of commencement work, the parties shall settle their financial relations depending on the performance of the contract until the date of termination.
- FINAL REGULATIONS
The ORGANIZER has the right to make changes in the General Conditions for participation, informing the Exhibitor for that in time. For unsettled causes between the parties are used the General Regulations of the Bulgarian legislation.
