A holistic approach through the Longivity Module
The complex offers its guests a Holistic Wellness Program combining MCS Light Therapy, Cryotherapy, Flow System Vacuum Lymphatic Drainage and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), aimed at comprehensive regeneration and long-term balance.
The Longevity Module, which we will reveal more about at the Holiday&SPA Expo 2026, is designed for people who want to support their health on a deeper level by activating the body’s natural recovery mechanisms through advanced non-invasive methods. Therma Numera Longevity SPA also presents the first infusion sauna (Aufguss sauna) in Bulgaria – an experience that combines other European, practical practices and the art of professionally led sessions. Aromatized water is poured onto heated stones, and sauna masters, trained by the Deutsche Sauna-Akademie, with movement and ventilation, direct the heat and aromas to the guests, creating an intense, aromatherapeutic experience.

SPA and mineral pool
Visiting the complex, guests discover a SPA and mineral pool – thanks to the mineral water in the Burgas Mineral Baths, which is hyperthermal, with a temperature of 41°C. It springs from the ancient spring Aqua Kalide, known since the time of the Thracians. Therma Numera Longevity SPA combines the healing properties of mineral water with modern SPA facilities, offering a unique wellness experience. The complex has three types of pools: a thermal pool at 37°C, a salt pool (unheated) and a contrast pool for cold immersion after a sauna at 8–12°C.
