From March 9 to 11, the international format at Inter Expo Center turns Sofia into a strategic point for the tourism sector
Minister of Tourism Miroslav Borshosh will open the international tourism exhibition Holiday&SPA Expo 2025 in Sofia. The Minister will open the event on March 9 at an official ceremony at 11:00 in the Central Lobby of Inter Expo Center. The key tourism format will last three days – until March 11 and will bring together over 240 companies from Bulgaria and abroad under one roof.
The exhibition Holiday&SPA Expo 2025 will be opened by Miroslav Borshosh and the manager of Inter Expo Center – Ivaylo Ivanov. The ceremony will also be attended by representatives of embassies, national and regional boards, industry organizations, and officials.
From March 9 to 11, Holiday&SPA Expo will gather thousands of representatives of the tourism sector from Bulgaria and abroad in three exhibition halls for the 41st time. The international format, which unites all segments of tourism and related sectors, is organized by Inter Expo Center, with the support of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria. For the first time, a Digital Box zone with digital solutions for tourism will be built within the exhibition, and the Spring Auto-Retro Salon will be held in parallel.
Open Day – March 9
On the first day, March 9, the organizers give the opportunity to anyone with business and personal interest to visit the exhibition, providing an Open Day. A special zero-value visit ticket is provided for it, available only at www.iec.urboapp.com. Visitors must indicate March 9 as the desired date for visit and select the desired number of tickets, which they will receive on a previously specified email. On the remaining days, March 10 and 11, tickets through the platform are 8 lv, and 15 lv at the Inter Expo Center box office.
45% participation from abroad
Over 240 participants are in Holiday&SPA Expo 2025. 45% of them are foreign. The exhibition halls are divided into sectors “Bulgaria”, “Europe” and “World” and segmented according to the field of activity of the exhibitors from Bulgaria, India, China, Tanzania, Algeria, Vietnam, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, Russia, Egypt, Mauritius, Serbia, Greece, France, Spain, Romania, Turkey, Finland.
The stands are set up by national and regional boards, industry organizations, regional and municipal structures, travel agencies, tour operators or transport services for businesses, hotels, hotel complexes, technologies and software.
Digital Box zone for digital solutions in tourism
From March 9 to 11, for the first time, a Digital Box zone will be set up at Holiday&SPA Expo 2025. It will bring together companies for marketing, branding, online advertising, etc. in tourism and hospitality. The zone is hosted by SiVending Spot.
Spring Auto-Retro Salon
Spring Auto-Retro Salon will gather attention in halls 5 and 6 of Inter Expo Center. Implemented jointly with the Sofia Auto-Retro Club, it will offer a meeting with exceptional cars. Ford A, Ford T, Jaguar XJ, Reley, Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV are just some of the legendary cars that we will see.
Culinary adventures, Balkan Roadtrip, more about India and more and more
Over 30 accompanying events. They will take place on 8 stages. The program opens with a Culinary Show. We will immerse ourselves in Bulgarian cuisine and products, the magic of Chinese dishes, Greek cuisine…
Tour operator and transport companies and agencies will reveal new destinations and their programs, state and municipal structures will share good practices, digital platforms will present their solutions, we will embark on a Balkan Roadtrip. We will learn more about the “Hall of Fame” of Hristo Stoichkov and Tsari Mali Grad. Destinations Jammu and Kashmir are the main focus of an event about the wonders of India.
