Confirmation and participation as a HOLIDAY BUYER is subject to Organizer’s approval.

The ORGANIZER does not take any responsibility in the process and the formalities in issuing a VISA for Bulgaria such as invitational letters and letters of guarantee the National Immigration Agency / National Visa Center. If the applicant is not approved for receiving the visa, money for participation will be returned according to the General terms and conditions of the Exhibition, that are part of the Exhibitor’s contract. The BUYER pays 100% participation fee in five days after the invoice is issued. Cancellation of participation is accepted not later than 30.01.2020. After this deadline the participation fee is non-refundable.
